Back 9 USA: Return/Exchange Policy
Quality is our main goal in everything we create at Back 9 USA and we take great care to ensure that our products are made to our high standards. We guarantee that our merchandise will be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for full refund or exchange.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but should you need to return or exchange your purchase, Back 9 USA gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all tags intact for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds must be accompanied with the original packing slip/receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange. Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To make a return, follow these steps:
1. Submit a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) request.
You will find the link to make your request on the order details page in your customer account area
2. Click on the request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) link and complete the required information (item being returned, reason for return).
3. Once your RMA request is approved, you will receive another email with your RMA number.
4. You will then receive an email from UPS that will include a pre-paid shipping label and how to ship your product. Be sure to include your RMA number in the package in order to get a refund. There are no return shipping charges for orders originally shipped to a destination within the United States.
5. If you do not have access to your account to request an RMA, or live outside the United States please contact us at customerservice@back9usa.com for further instruction.
Shipping your package
- You can use your original Back 9 USA box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return
- If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Attach your new return label to the shipping box.
