Mr. Conforti is a partner and co-founder of Back 9 USA. Born and raised in Brookline, Massachusetts, Harry earned a wrestling scholarship as well as a spot on the highly competitive lacrosse team at University of Massachusetts, Amherst. During the summer breaks, Harry bartended for Patrick Lyons at Uncle Sam's in Hull, Mass, and after receiving his Bachelor of Science, fostered this relationship into a career in the nightclub and bar industry. Harry successfully managed various Boston hot spots for Patrick Lyons and Ed Sparks, creators of the successful Lyons Management Group, and eventually became the Vice-President of Purchasing for Lyons Group. He continues to be involved in the development of major entertainment events in Boston nightlife. An avid golfer, Harry joined Indian Ridge Country Club where he met Andy. The two quickly became friends and then business partners as they founded Back 9 USA in 1997 to pursue their dream to create a hat that fit with a design that looked as good on the golf course as it would at your local watering hole. |
