Opening: Independent Sales Reps Department: Sales Regions: DC, FL (South), IL (Chicago), Midwest, MD, NC/SC, NJ/NY Metro, VA, West Our Independent Sales Representative position is responsible for profitably increasing sales by initiating and developing relationships with existing and potential customers (independent and medium to large retail chains), analyzing existing and anticipated customer requirements and promoting Back 9 USA products to fill requirements. You will prepare sales plans, call rotations, create business plans, and conduct sales presentations in addition to reinforcing the benefits of merchandising all Back 9 USA products within retail locations consistent with sales program requirements and brand image. Candidates must have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least 3-5 years of outside selling experience; territory management/experience in a retail focused environment; excellent planning and time management; consumer product sales; disciplined sales call process with excellent follow up skills; good communication and current computer skills.
